VA Research Office Building No. 30

PJ Dick provided General Construction services for the new, 3-story, 99,500 sf research office building for the Department of Veteran Affairs. The project is a steel frame structure with a concrete basement. Its exterior is a combination of metal panels, brick, and curtainwall. The interior is basic office space with the research portion of the building being shell space. The project also includes a helipad and site improvements around the exterior of the building.
