OVERVIEW

PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services for PNC’s new 33-story, 802,000 sf downtown Pittsburgh corporate headquarters. The building was designed to exceed LEED Platinum requirements based on the US Green Building Council’s rating system. Geothermal wells, a solar chimney and occupancy-based heating and cooling systems are among the many energy efficient and sustainable construction features. The project features five different types of double curtainwall, covering a total area of 368,000 sf, and the project used more than 11,000 ton of structural steel.
