OVERVIEW

PJ Dick was selected to provide Construction Management at Risk services with a GMP to Robert Morris University for construction of the new 17,868 sf School of Business. The two-story, steel frame building was constructed with masonry retaining walls for portions below grade and light-gauge steel framed walls clad with brick veneer and aluminum composite material. The first floor of the building includes classrooms, a student lounge area and support spaces. The second floor features classrooms, a computer lab, executive offices including the President’s office, board room and support spaces.
