Robert Morris University Salem Hall

PJ Dick was selected to provide Construction Management at Risk services to Robert Morris University for construction of the new, 76,000 sf Salem Hall apartment building. The structure consists of masonry block walls and precast concrete floors. The exterior of the building is all brick. The roof is trussed with a standing seam roof. The dorm has 44 apartment units with 192 bedrooms total. Each apartment has a living area, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and 4 bedrooms. There are also meeting rooms for campus groups to meet in as well as a recreation room.
