Range Resources Regional Headquarters

PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services for a new five-story, 180,000 sf building. The exterior skin consists primarily of curtainwall with glass and metal panels with distinct brick veneer features. The scope of work also included all the landscaping surrounding the new office building and a large parking lot. On the interior, the first floor contains a high-density storage area, auditorium, bistro, and server room. PJ Dick self-performed both the building and site concrete. The project is LEED Certified.
