OVERVIEW
PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services with a GMP for the construction of the Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union’s new headquarters. The 235,000 sf building has three stories. Some of the features include data/communications and audio visual systems for security, a day care center, playground area and full kitchen. The exterior of the building features a combination of glass curtain wall and terra cotta panels. This project is LEED Gold certified.
