OVERVIEW
PJ Dick provided construction management at risk services for a 21,000 sf, 3-story office addition and a 37,000 sf cold storage warehouse expansion. The project also included renovations to a 100,000 sf cold storage building, which included a new roof, new loading dock equipment, new refrigeration system, plumbing, and paint.
