Erie Insurance Headquarter’s New Office Building

PJ Dick is providing construction management at risk services for the Erie Insurance Home Office expansion. The expansion includes approximately 307,158-gsf of new office space to house over 1,200 employees. The project will also include bridges connecting the 8th Street Ramp/Technical Learning Center to the new office building, as well as the new office building to the Perry Square Building. The project is expected to be completed in 2019.
