Located just outside Philadelphia, we leverage a full suite of construction professionals, including senior management, superintendents, project managers, estimators and project engineers who have a combined 100+ years of experience in the industry.
As the largest Pennsylvania-based contractor, we are excited to have established ourselves in the Mid-Atlantic market, leveraging the success and relationships of our firm as well as our individual team members. Our regional resume includes performing preconstruction and construction management services for renovations and new construction of senior living facilities, high-tech industrial space, commercial offices, and university facilities under the general contracting, design-build and construction management at risk models.
Our Mid-Atlantic service area spans eastern Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and parts of Virginia. Notable projects include the 235,000-square foot, three-story headquarters for the Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; design/build of 159,000-square foot correctional facility in Jessup, Maryland; and the 140,000-square foot LifeQuest Assisted Living Facility in Quakerstown, Pennsylvania.
