With a 12-person in-house preconstruction services department, PJ Dick provides project estimating to evaluate a project’s constructability while identifying the best means for achieving the budget while maintaining design intent. Key to the preconstruction process is collaboration. Our staff work together with the architect and owner to make early decisions that minimize the number of change orders during construction.
