There is continuous need for residential facilities: younger professionals are moving into urban areas while retiring seniors need housing. In the past five years, we have constructed dozens of modern apartment complexes offering communal areas, fitness centers, pools, and the like. For the aging population, PJ Dick has built independent living communities and nursing facilities, some with specialized services, such as memory care centers. We build cool spaces for all ages.
