OVERVIEW

PJ Dick served as the General Contractor for a full floor interior build out of approximately 20,000 sf. The building had been gutted before the start of the project. The scope of work included a main lobby, pantry, team conference rooms, and offices in the core of the building. All building electronic were housed in a cellular floor system. Job included duct work, installation and controls.
The work was located in an occupied high rise. In order to accommodate building restrictions, our team only preformed “loud work” prior to 8 am, moved supplies via the freight elevator, and coordinated our work plan with building security.
The owner had furniture and flooring scheduled so they needed PJ Dick to adhere to a fast project timeline. Through close coordination with the architect and detailed logistics planning we were able to meet the deadline for the move.
