OVERVIEW

PJ Dick provided General Construction services for West Virginia University’s new Student Health and College of Physical Activities and Sports Sciences (CPASS) building in Morgantown, WV. The three-story, 115,000 sf, interconnecting building offers 53,000 sf new space for Student Health and 62,000 sf for the CPASS program.

The Student Health building includes Student Urgent Care, Student Wellness, the Carruth Center for Psychological and Psychiatric Services, 23 exam rooms and a pharmacy. The CPASS program portion of the building houses general purpose classrooms, an athletic training room and laboratory, fitness room and computer lab.
