OVERVIEW
PJ Dick managed construction of a two-story addition and renovation of Fleming Hall at West Virginia State University. This included the relocation of utilities, demolition of the existing natatorium and addition of a new basketball court and 2,200 seat arena. The existing building was being renovated for the school’s athletic department offices, locker rooms and classrooms.
