West Virginia State Office Building

PJ Dick constructed a five-story, 70,742-sf office building for the State of West Virginia. The building features open and private offices, conference rooms, break rooms, and administrative and support spaces, as well as a penthouse floor. The building is constructed of structural steel on a caisson foundation, and an exterior skin of brick, precast concrete, metal panel accents, and a GRFC cornice.
