Waterfront Park at the Yards

PJ Dick, along with its joint venture partner Smoot Construction, provided Construction Management at Risk services for the Waterfront Park at the Yards in Washington, D.C. The park features an architecturally unique 200-foot pedestrian bridge that spans over an existing canal. Other features in the park include precast serpentine benches, precast pavers, granite walls and stairs, custom benches, and a 16,000 sf deck made of a unique Brazilian hardwood.
