OVERVIEW

PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services for this 47,000 sf facility. This facility, located on Penn Avenue in Pittsburgh’s East Liberty neighborhood, houses state of the art fitness spaces. Included in the fitness facility is a swimming pool, racquetball court, basketball court, locker rooms and training rooms. The structure also features a mezzanine level. This project, completed in June 2010, was part of the Bakery Square Development. Bakery Square, converted from an abandoned Nabisco Bakery, features 216,000 sf of office space and 135,000 sf of retail space.
