University of Pittsburgh Posvar Hall

PJ Dick provided construction management at risk services for eight concurrent renovation projects totaling approximately 51,000 sf to the University of Pittsburgh’s Wesley W. Posvar Hall. The building was occupied during construction. The project features renovation of classrooms, lobby, office space, restrooms, and food service area. During phase one, the original building envelop was exposed and the renovations reconstructed areas within the existing volume. Scope also included new mechanical and electrical systems to support the renovated areas.
