The project includes a 12-acre site development in Oakland including earthwork, utilities and retaining walls. The new athletic facility features three athletic venues that house baseball, softball and soccer. The complex includes grandstands, press boxes and playing surfaces. PJ Dick’s scope of work also included new construction of a 24,000 sf support building including locker rooms, training facilities, public restrooms, concessions and support facilities. PJ Dick self-performed concrete work. GMP savings were returned to the Owner at the end of the project.
