OVERVIEW

PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services for a new, 200,000 sf residence hall for first year students at the University of Pittsburgh. The new freshmen housing facility is 10-stories and accommodates approximately 500 students. The building features a Wellness Center on the 2nd floor, a pharmacy on the 1st floor, and fit-out space for future retail tenants. Each room houses 2-3 students with the floors sharing community bathrooms and lounges. The building is LEED Silver certified.
