OVERVIEW

PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services with a GMP for the University of Pittsburgh’s Bouquet Gardens renovation. This renovation consists of a 4-story, wood framed, student housing dormitory. The 65,000 sf building holds 49 housing units each with a full kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. The average unit has three bedrooms. Other building features include a lounge area, fitness room, and laundry facility. PJ Dick self-performed concrete foundations and site concrete on the project. PJ Dick returned approximately $700,000 in savings to the University.
