University of Pittsburgh Benedum Hall

PJ Dick provided Construction Management Agency services for the renovation of eight floors of the University of Pittsburgh’s Benedum Hall Engineering Building in Pittsburgh. The building features physical science, mechanical and chemical engineering laboratories, administration, classrooms, and auditorium spaces. This project modernized the 231,000 sf facility to include new laboratories, a teaching/learning center with a new library, and a new main entrance.
