OVERVIEW

PJ Dick managed the construction of Phases 10 & 11 of PNC’s Two PNC Plaza Renovation 144,000-sf, nine-floor project, known as “The Pittsburgh Plan.” The building is considered PNC’s technology hub, thus requiring significant coordination with MEP subcontractors for upgrades to the various infrastructure. PJ Dick worked closely with the building facility maintenance firm, MOC, PNC’s security personnel, and PNC’s building management team to coordinate deliveries, demolition, and tie-ins of utilities with the goal of maintaining daily operations of building occupants.
