OVERVIEW
PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services to the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh for the new Thelma Lovette Family YMCA. The new 44,000 sf full-service facility occupies Centre Avenue between Hemans, Addison, and Elmore streets in the Hill District neighborhood of Pittsburgh. This 3-story facility includes a gymnasium, swimming pool, exercise/ workout facility, community development space, childcare area and an outdoor green roof. The project is LEED Silver certified.
