OVERVIEW
PJ Dick provided Preconstruction and Construction Management at Risk services for The Watson Institute’s new Friendship Academy on South Negley Avenue in Pittsburgh. The 50,000 sf, three-story facility is both an approved private school and a school-based partial hospital serving nearly 155 educationally, behaviorally and mentally challenged students from first to twelfth grade.
