South Fayette Intermediate School

PJ Dick provided preconstruction and construction management services for a new 124,000 sf 3-story intermediate school located on a site contiguous with the existing high school and elementary school. This facility will be the new home for all grades 3 through 5 in the District. The building will be organized into three parts; the core, the academic wing, and the specials. The building exterior is primarily masonry cladding to match the existing campus aesthetics and reflect the District’s request for ease of maintainability.
