OVERVIEW
Our company is responsible for site development of the largest oil and gas project in our region, the construction of Shell’s 400- acre ethylene cracker plant in Monaca, PA. This is the first multi-billion dollar petrochemical plant investment associated with the Marcellus and Utica shale formations. We have safely and successfully performed site development, bridge and roadway construction, highway relocation, and pipeline installation. A partial summary of work includes construction of a 40 acre rail yard, construction of a new parking garage and control building, as well as the construction of a significant off-site parking facility.
