OVERVIEW
PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services with a GMP for Seton Hill University’s Natural Health and Science Technology Building. The project featured renovate a 65,000 sf renovation and 47,000 sf addition to the existing Lynch Hall, which was built in 1968. Additionally, renovations were made to the Reeves Library, which last underwent an expansion in 1986. The project also incorporated site development including site utility relocations, site drainage/storm water detention and landscaping.
