OVERVIEW
PJ Dick served as Construction Manager at Risk for Seton Hill University’s Dance & Visual Arts Center. The 3-story, 46,000 sf building is located in the cultural district of downtown Greensburg, one block from Seton Hill’s Performing Arts Center. The building has light gray metal siding and expansive windows that were designed to allow passers-by to see dance in motion and art in progress. The project features art and dance studios, performance space, student and faculty lounges, gallery space, faculty offices and a café. The building’s classrooms are equipped with top of the line technologies for disciplines such as graphic design, pottery, sculpting, wood working, and metal working. There is also a gated, open-air “Art Yard” which can be used for student work space or community events.
