PPG Paints Arena (formerly CONSOL) Parking Garage

As part of the new Pittsburgh arena project, PJ Dick was part of a joint venture with L.S. Brinker to provide the Sports and Exhibition Authority with CM at Risk services for a new 642-space parking garage. Timely completion of the garage was critical to achieving the overall goals for the arena development. The exterior of the garage was designed to be architecturally pleasing and to complement the style of the arena.
