PNC Board Room

PJ Dick provided CM at Risk Services with a GMP for the renovation of 9,000 sf of office space to construct a boardroom and conference center in the existing One PNC Plaza building. The work is located on the highly secure Executive Level on the 30th floor of the existing high-rise office building. The scope of work included the construction of new bathrooms, a cutting edge boardroom, conference rooms, pantries, and an executive office. High-end finishes, and extensive electrical and A/V network are included throughout the space.
