OVERVIEW
PJ Dick provided Construction Management Agency services for 63,000 sf of renovations and 117,000 sf of additions to the Pine-Richland High School. The project included a 100,000 sf, two-story classroom addition, new roofing, site development, a 4,500 sf district administration office addition, and 7,000 sf nurses’ suite.
The project involved multiple-phased occupancy of the existing building during the 22-month construction phase. Detailed phasing and site logistics were critical since school operations remained active throughout the construction phase of the project.
