OVERVIEW

PJ Dick is providing CM at Risk services for an extensive renovation to the Burrowes Building. The building has a center core, which was built in 1940 and is approximately 49,600 sf, and the two adjacent, identical wings were built in 1960 and are each approximately 31,500 sf. PJ Dick will be utilizing BIM for all MEP coordination during construction and enhanced BIM for Facility Asset management. The project is seeking LEED certification.
