New Education Center for the Watson Institute

PJ Dick provided construction management services for the new, two-story, 80,000-sf education center. The new school includes facilities for academics, music, art, professional development and training, a clinical support component, occupational and physical therapy, and a cafeteria. The building consists of spread footing, structural steel, structural metal studs, brick veneer and a metal roof.
