Homewood Suites

PJ Dick managed construction of a new, nine-story, 150-room, 150,000 sf hotel. The facility features an integral parking garage. Our self-perform group completed concrete work and installation of doors, frames, and hardware. The project occurred in a tight space adjacent to an operating restaurant, therefore a detailed logistics plan required continuous communication with the restaurant owner to avoid impacting business.
