OVERVIEW

PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services at Grove City College for a new 72,000 sf Science and Engineering Building. The three-story structure is steel with a brick and cast stone facade with a lower level. The building houses classrooms, chemistry labs, biology labs, an engineering lab, a vivarium, an auditorium, faculty offices and meeting spaces. Also included in the project were renovations and upgrades to the existing central utility plant, demolition of existing lecture hall, rerouting of existing site utilities, roadways and sidewalk, new incoming underground services from the Borough of Grove City and new switchgear yard, and an upgrade of the existing underground electrical service.
