Fairmont Hotel

PJ Dick managed construction of a new 25-story, 780,000 sf mixed-use building, which hosts the Fairmont hotel. The Fairmont Pittsburgh embraces Pittsburgh’s rich history of art and industry with striking glass and steel features and artwork from local artists displayed throughout the hotel, including artifacts recovered from the site during construction.
The 180-room hotel features a hotel fitness center and spa that can be shared by the 12,000-sf of office space and the condominiums, a 6,300 sf ballroom with dining facilities, separate entrances for the hotel, office and condominium, and a restaurant and coffee shop accessible to the public and building occupants.
