Eastside Apartments

PJ Dick managed construction of this three-phase housing development located in the east side of Pittsburgh. The project consisted of the construction of three apartment buildings, primarily wood frame, totaling over 400,000 square feet and 350 units constructed on a 1,000-car concrete garage podium. PJ Dick self performed the concrete and wood framing. A pedestrian bridge connects the three apartment buildings with the East Side Transit Center.
