Duquesne University Des Place Residence Hall

PJ Dick provided General Contracting services for a new 130,000 sf residence hall on Duquesne University’s campus. The twelve-story building houses 400 upperclassmen and graduate students. The suite-style living quarters feature 1, 2 and 3-bedroom suites with semi-private bathrooms. The building also offers laundry facilities and lounges on each floor. The main and lower levels of the building hold offices for Ministry, Residence Life, Security and Housekeeping. A meeting room suite is located on the top floor. The facility is LEED Gold certified.
