Dorsey Run Correctional Facility Phase II

PJ Dick, in a Design-Build team with ATI Inc., provided design and construction services for Phase II of the Dorsey Run Correctional Facility. PJ Dick and ATI successfully delivered Phase I and was awarded Phase II. Phase II of DRCF included functions of housing, administration, security, library, and food services for 560 inmates. This phase included 80,000 gsf of building area, featuring two 2-story housing units; one 1-story Support Services Building; recreation yards; and a parking area. The entire facility is a 1,120 bed compound with a total of four housing units, two support services buildings, and two search buildings, all operating as one institution. The project is LEED Silver certified.
