OVERVIEW

Trumbull constructed a 24-foot diameter by 55-foot deep concrete caisson to support a new submerged river water intake for the Center Township Water Authority. The project included two 300-ft tunnels into the Ohio River with intake screens.

In addition, Trumbull built a full temporary, 21-foot diameter by 35- foot deep caisson out of sheet pile. This included mechanical and electrical appurtenances. Trumbull also installed a 100-foot pipe out into the Ohio River.
