OVERVIEW
PJ Dick is providing Construction Management at Risk services for Carnegie Mellon University’s new 295,000 sf Tepper Quadrangle building. The building will feature space for classrooms, student socialization, and faculty and administrative offices as well as a welcome center, a multi-use HUB area, dining services, and a fitness center. The project will also include an underground parking garage and loading dock.
The project also featured the largest bubble deck construction in the eastern United States.
Completion is set for 2018.
