OVERVIEW
PJ Dick provided General Contracting services for the renovation of the former Goodwill Industries Building located on Pittsburgh’s South Side. The 7-story building includes 87 suites and an attached, indoor, two-level garage for 88 cars and 44 bikes. Retail space is located on the Carson Street level in a manner similar to the original store, which maintains a two-story atrium.
