PJ Dick provided Construction Management and Preconstruction services for an addition and renovation work at Baldwin High School. This complex project was completed in seven phases, and included more than 100 new and renovated classrooms, labs and resource rooms. A physical education complex, which included a gymnasium, natatorium, fitness center, weight room and locker rooms, was also constructed.
A new entrance was constructed on Beall Drive to provide secure access to the building during the school day. Additional parking was constructed in various locations around the building.
