OVERVIEW

PJ Dick provide CM at Risk services for Bakery Living: Orange and Blue, two apartment buildings that offer a communal feel in an urban environment. The two apartment buildings provide amenities that provide a resort-like atmosphere. The buildings were constructed with concrete foundations and walls with a steel structure for the parking garage to grade level. From the grade level up, the building is constructed with a wood framed structure. Detailed MEP coordination was required to map a path for pipes and ductwork around the wood framing.
PJ Dick self performed concrete and wood framing, which enhanced our ability to meet the schedule.
