OVERVIEW
PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services with a GMP for fit-out of 9,500 sf of space for Apple Computers on the fourth floor of the new Collaborative Innovation Center Building on the campus of Carnegie Mellon University. The project was constructed in accordance with LEED standards. PJ Dick also served as the Construction Management at Risk contractor for the building and received several fit-out contracts from other tenants in addition to Apple Computers.
