OVERVIEW

PJ Dick provided General Construction services to the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority (ALCOSAN) for a two-phase project. Phase one of the project consisted of the demolition of existing structures, relocation of existing utilities and temporary fencing and roads. Phase two of the project included the installation of new utilities, site improvements and the construction of a four-story office building with a one-story maintenance component. The building features administrative space, an auditorium, large locker and shower facilities, and large bays in the maintenance facility. As part of the project, two-ton hoist chain, girder and rail systems were installed to support a bridge crane.
