Phase two of the project included the installation of new utilities, site improvements and the construction of a four-story office building with a one-story maintenance component. The building features administrative space, an auditorium, large locker and shower facilities, and large bays in the maintenance facility. As part of the project, two-ton hoist chain, girder and rail systems were installed to support a bridge crane.
