West End Improvement Project

In recognition of General Contractor Trumbull, Engineer Michael Baker, Jr. Inc., and PennDOT District 11-0, ESWP Presented its Transportation Project of the Year for their collective work on the West End Improvement Project. Completed in May 2010, the $52.6 million project included the replacement of two bridges and construction of two other structures, as well as the widening of the West End Circle roadway and lengthening of acceleration and deceleration lanes.
