Headquartered in New Castle, Pennsylvania, Lindy Paving, Inc. is widely recognized as the largest asphalt paving contractor and manufacturer in Western Pennsylvania. Since 1979, Lindy has consistently delivered award-winning asphalt paving and product manufacturing. As a testament to this, in 2009 Lindy received the prestigious Sheldon G. Hayes Award for the third time since 2005. This award is bestowed upon the contractor of the best highway-paving project in the United States as selected by the National Asphalt Paving Association (NAPA).
Lindy has had great success as a paving contractor. Due to our paving experience, we understand the technical and quality control issues involved in paving operations. For this reason, we continually invest in new technology to improve the quality of our asphalt mix and to minimize truck-in-yard times. We have consistently met difficult paving and milling requirements and schedules for roadways, interstate highways, and parking lots.
Lindy is also a leading manufacturer of quality asphalt products and operates four asphalt plants, which are located in Pittsburgh, Monaca, and Neville Island, PA. We can produce any mix design for commercial, municipal, or state projects and “will call” sales to independent contractors. Currently, we are producing up to 400 tons per hour and have five silos to meet storage needs.
