Cliff Rowe joined the Companies in 1980 and oversees the management and resources necessary to complete all projects. His ‘hands-on’ style of leadership includes frequent job site visits and personal interaction with owners, project team leaders and site workers. Mr. Rowe’s extensive construction experience encompasses project management, construction management, estimating, financial and asset management, and corporate administration. Under his leadership, the Companies have experienced more than 300% growth in sales, employees and profitability in the past 15 years.

George Mezey joined Trumbull Corporation in 1986 with ten years of heavy/highway and civil engineering experience. His depth of construction knowledge is complemented by exceptional strengths in operations and organizational management. Since assuming the role of President of PJ Dick (2003) and Trumbull (2001), the Companies have witnessed significant improvements in profitability and overall results.

Vince Tutino, a member of the Lindy Paving team since its incorporation in 1979, assumed the role of President of Lindy in 2003. Mr. Tutino possesses over 20 years of experience in business management and accounting in the construction industry. Under his leadership and personal management style, Lindy sales have quadrupled to $45 million and its number of asphalt plants has doubled.

Steve Clark joined the Companies in 1981 with extensive experience in financial management. In this capacity, he oversees all financing, banking, bonding and cost control matters. Mr. Clark plays a key role in the development of new business strategies and plans for all Companies, as well as manages the estate matters of the family owners.

Joe Franceschini joined the Companies in 2000 with 20 years of experience in the safety industry. He oversees all safety-related activities and helped institute a comprehensive safety plan incorporating a zero tolerance for accidents, a closely tracked safety performance and reward program, a field auditing program and an extensive employee training and leadership program.
